TLOSmag.com Rules
By submitting work to TLOSmag.com you agree that you have read and you fully agree with the terms of this agreement for all past, present and future submissions to this site.

TLOSmag.com reserves the right to make changes to any part of this agreement at any time without any prior notification on its part to you. The changes will apply to your use of the site once TLOS.com posts such changes in this agreement. Therefore you should review this agreement as posted on the site from time to time.

Any prize(s) offered by TLOSmag.com are not transferable, and no substitution of prizes is permitted. Winners are required to present a valid photo ID and proof of valid social security number when claiming a prize. Winners are required to complete all necessary paperwork within 30 days of winning. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. All identification submitted to verify a winner is subject to acceptance by TLOSmag.com in its sole discretion. Identification that TLOS LLC reasonably believes is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with or otherwise altered, will not be accepted. Any prize not claimed within the allotted time period shall remain the sole property of TLOSmag.com.

Odds of being selected depends on the number of participants in the category you enter.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older. You affirm that you are fully competent to enter into the agreement's terms.

Participating in the Competition
Unless otherwise noted in these Rules, entries must only depict the original performance or work (e.g., illustration) of the participant. Any entry which is at the sole opinion of TLOSmag.com is deemed inappropriate (e.g., defamatory or inappropriate acts, not suitable for competition, etc.) or which otherwise violates these Rules, will be removed, and the file will be disqualified.

Release
Participants agree to release and hold harmless TLOSmag.com and each of its’ respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won. Winners will be required to sign a form releasing TLOSmag.com and TLOS LLC and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest or the use or award of the prize before claiming the prize.

Disclaimer
TLOSmag.com undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest. TLOSmag.com is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed. TLOSmag.com is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest. TLOS LLC also disclaims all liability for any delay, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. TLOS LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend this contest without notice.

Copyrights
You hereby declare that you retain full ownership of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of the multimedia file submitted by you to the site.

You hereby grant TLOSmag.com a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide license to use, publicly display, distribute, modify and otherwise fully exploit any Multimedia file that you submit to TLOSmag.com. TLOSmag.com may do any or all of the foregoing for any purpose necessary or relating to the Site and/or TLOSmag.com services, products or advertising. Any multimedia file that you submit is deemed as non-confidential, and TLOSmag.com shall be under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information, in whatever form, contained in the file.

You shall be solely responsible for the Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. In connection with the Content you affirm that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize TLOSmag.com to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights attributable to the multimedia file and to any and all Content to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Site and this Agreement; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the Content to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Site and this Agreement. TLOSmag.com has the right at its sole discretion to refuse to post Content for any reason, including, but not limited to, submitted Content that appears to contain material protected by intellectual property rights held by any third parties.

You agree that TLOSmag.com is not responsible for any violations of any intellectual property rights in any Content that you submit to TLOSmag.com. You understand that by using this site your Content will be publicly available to others and that TLOSmag.com has no obligation to prevent the unauthorized copying, dissemination, alternation or other use of your Content by others.

A consent form as found at the bottom of this page can be copied and pasted for use by the participant.

What to do if you believe anything on this Site infringes your intellectual property rights?

If you are a copyright owner or agent of a copyright owner and believe that Content on this Site or anything else on this Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please provide TLOSmag.com with the following information:

1. An electronic or actual signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;

2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;

4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;

5. A statement made by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information provided by you is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

Upon receipt your complaint, TLOSmag.com may, at its sole discretion, remove material that you believe infringes your copyright or other intellectual property. In addition, TLOSmag.com may, under appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the account of users who may be considered as ongoing infringers.

Limitation of liability
In no event shall TLOSmag.com and TLOS LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the site, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the site, (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or alike, which may be transmitted to or through the site by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Site is provided to you "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. You specifically acknowledge that TLOSmag.com shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

The website is controlled and offered by TLOS LLC from its facilities in Michigan. TLOSmag.com makes no representations that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Site from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with any local laws.

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Michigan as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within The State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against TLOSmag.com must be resolved by a court located in Oakland County, Michigan. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within State of Michigan for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for TLOS LLC and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, face and likeness without compensation.

By submitting photographs or engaging in any other form of communication through the Site you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, enhance, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, display, or sublicense any such communication (including your identity and information about you) in any medium (now in existence or hereinafter developed) and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so.

Taxes
TLOS LLC will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.

General
Failure to conform to all contest rules will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. TLOS LLC reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. Claims made by users are limited to the amount the particular user invested in the competition.

The contest is void where prohibited by law and it is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Consent and Release for Use of Story, Likeness and Voice

I give permission to TLOSmag.com and TLOS LLC to use, without charge and without reservation, all or a portion my story including my likeness and my voice in publishing and promoting TLOS LLC. I acknowledge that editorial changes may be made as deemed suitable by TLOSmag.com and TLOS LLC. Whether or not changes are made, I waive any rights of action I may have and release TLOSmag.com and TLOS LLC from any and all claims I may have arising from use and publication, including any rights to sue for defamation or violation of rights of privacy or rights of publicity.
