Most of my work focuses on the portrait, but I also dabble in type and experimental watercolor. My older work was strictly ink with splashes of color. Recently I have been working in a new style of watercolor. A style that stems from my fascination with old swatch pallets used for watercolor paintings. These random, almost subconscious strokes of color all layered together has inspired me to create portraits that are made of separate swatches placed together creating an image.
